What Part of Berlin is the 4th district

Berlin’s 4th district is arguably one of the more diverse, and strangely shaped districts you will find. The disparate shape is due to annexing, and the sharp delta in both financial and opportunistic diversity is ever-present. As the councilman for a district that saddles a 1950’s segregating highway, it will be my job to ensure that every facet of the district is represented and followed-through for.

I am very aware that communication is key to this job, and I am extremely passionate about communication, and making sure everyone is informed. I am extremely proficient in many online, and phone-based tools that enable teams I have worked for and with to communicate, collaborate, and get things done.
